Today, ReviewFlo focuses on getting you more 5-star Google reviews and giving you a heads-up when a customer's experience went wrong, while it's still possible to fix it. Pro is live with dashboard sending. The AI tier, with SMS automation and AI-powered features, is coming next. Always with a "simple first" mindset.
