Review Management for Medical Spas
Clients care about privacy. ReviewFlo helps you ask for Google reviews without putting treatments in the spotlight.
$260/month cheaper than Podium.
The Review Problem Every Medical Spa Faces
Clients don't want to publicize cosmetic procedures
A Botox client isn't posting about their treatment publicly — even if they loved it. Privacy is the default.
One bad outcome review wipes out months of good ones
One frustrated client can leave a public 1-star that sits at the top. You need a way to catch issues privately first.
You're competing against clinics with $20k marketing budgets
Big groups can push reviews with paid tools and big teams. You need a simple system that runs without extra work.
How ReviewFlo Works for Medspas
Step 1 — Send the link after checkout
Text or email a ReviewFlo link right after the appointment.
Step 2 — 1–4 stars goes to you privately
If they’re unhappy, they send feedback to you privately.
Step 3 — 5-star clients go straight to Google
If they’re happy, they’re guided to leave a Google review.
Why Medspas Choose ReviewFlo
Built for the medspa client relationship
