Will homeowners leave reviews for washing?

Yes, when you ask right after a job they’re happy with.

What if they’re unhappy with the result?

They rate 1–4 stars and send you a private message instead of going to Google.

Do I need CRM software?

No. You can send requests manually by text or email.

Does this replace asking in person?

It’s the follow-up most crews skip—one tap from the truck beats hoping they remember.

Does this work for soft washing and pressure washing?

Yes. The follow-up is the same after any completed job.

The Review Problem Every Pressure Washing Business Faces

A clean driveway doesn’t mean a Google review

They’re on to the next chore, not your listing.

Streaks and overspray stories can go public before you get a call

When results miss expectations, people post before they reach out.

Crews don’t have time to ask at the truck

You’re packing up and heading to the next job.
